Shopping 101: Ordering, Payment and Shipping Timing and Flow in SnC

Scrap-n-Crop.com will soon be having rush-my-shipments as an additional option for shopping online with Scrap-n-Crop.com at a minimal cost.

As of now, do take note that Scrap-n-Crop.com, is an online store managed by volunteers of friends and family members of children with cerebral palsy - the reason why we had started Scrap-n-Crop.com {read HERE} - where some of us have over the years gone back to full employment, whilst the rest of us are not based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - thus the versatility of having an online store.

As such, since none of us are available 24hours-7days a week in the 'store' {Scrap.Abode}, any SPECIAL requests with regards to shipping MUST be sent before 5:30 pm the day before the shipment is due to be picked up by us at the Scrap.Abode.

This is because orders that are received by 5:30 pm via the online store will be picked up from the Scrap.Abode on the same day; then confirmed and invoiced out in the evening/night of the same day, with a cut-off time of 11 pm.

Once payment is received (by 11 pm), shipment will be sent out for packing and shipping {at another location} in the morning … just in time to 'catch' the 12:00 noon courier pick-up.

 We thank your for your cooperation and understanding … and will continue to strive to improve and accommodate your needs as we sort out our children's mobility and care-/management issues.
